Training Information

Calaveras County has partnered with Homebridge to launch an online community and provide caregiver training courses to our county residents. 

  • January 6: Create your profile (Instructions below). 
  • Week of January 13: Weekly training courses begin.
  • For each training course we confirm you have completed, you will receive a $20 Save Mart gift card.

This completely optional program is intended to support caregivers like yourself by providing weekly instruction and the chance to easily chat with your peers in Calaveras and other similarly sized counties in California. Here are some of the benefits of the program: 

  • Build Expertise in key caregiving areas, such as Health and Wellness Management, Care Skills and Safety, Communication, and Consumer-Centered Support.
  • Connect with your Peers by joining a supportive network of caregivers in our local community.
  • Enhance Your Career with valuable skills and insights to provide better care.

Training sessions will be hosted directly on the Caregiver Community by Homebridge platform. After signing up, you’ll be added to private channels for participants from Calaveras where all training updates and announcements will be shared and where you’ll be able to chat with other caregivers from your county.

To sign up:
