Provider training and enrollment is offered once per month and lasts approximately 3 ½ hours. Advance registration is required. Applicants may call the Public Authority at (209) 754-6544 for a class schedule and to register. All classes are held in the Sequoia Room of the Health and Human Services building.
Training and enrollment is mandatory for all Provider applicants. To comply with state law, Providers cannot be paid for providing services to an IHSS Consumer until all required documents have been submitted, and clearance from the Department of Justice (DOJ) fingerprint scan have been received.
